Deboleena Dutta

Deboleena Dutta is a licensed attorney in India and joins the firm as a newly-admitted attorney in New York. Ms. Dutta brings a multijurisdictional and multidisciplinary perspective to the firm, having practiced law in other jurisdictions, including India and Turkey, before transitioning to the New York and New Jersey area. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dutta gained significant experience in estate administration and planning, real estate transactions, and corporate matters. Throughout her career, Ms. Dutta has represented companies across diverse sectors and geographies, providing a broad-based legal foundation and nuanced case-specific understanding of client needs.

Ms. Dutta is admitted to the bar of the State of New York and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Dutta earned her LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law, magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, and LL.B., first division, from University of Delhi, India. Ms. Dutta is a member of the New York City Bar Association, American Bar Association and South Asian Bar Association New York.
