Christian Sedereas

Mr. Sedereas is an experienced New York and New Jersey attorney who has litigated a wide variety of insurance issues in both states. Mr. Sedereas brings to the firm both in-house and private practice legal experience. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sedereas was a member of Berkley Luxury Group’s staff counsel Sjoquist, Bates, Baer & Sedereas. Mr. Sedereas assisted in developing an in-house subrogation practice for Berkley Luxury Group and represented the company in pursuing property subrogation matters in New York and New Jersey.

Mr. Sedereas has litigated a broad range of cases, including defending insureds in personal injury, property damage claims and no-fault matters. Mr. Sedereas has extensive experience with alternative dispute resolution and mediations, the latter of which have resulted in numerous settlements.

Mr. Sedereas is admitted in the courts of the State of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York. Mr. Sedereas attended Rutgers University (B.A. 2000) and Pace Law School (J.D. 2004). Mr. Sedereas is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
