Robert J. Finn

Mr. Finn has been with the firm since 2006 representing insurance companies pursuing subrogation recoveries. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Finn served as Regional Subrogation Counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and as Subrogation Unit Manager for Chubb Insurance Company for a total of over nineteen years handling various subrogation matters throughout the New York area. Mr. Finn has been an instructor at several Continuing Legal Education seminars delivering training on topics concerning subrogation waivers and damages issues.

Mr. Finn is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Finn attended St. John's University (BS summa cum laude 1982) and Fordham University School of Law (J.D. 1986). Mr. Finn is a member of the New York State Bar Association and National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
