Ms. Whitten serves as the firm’s Subrogation Specialist. Ms. Whitten brings to the firm decades of experience in the area of subrogation. Ms. Whitten began in her career in 2001 in Workers Compensation Subrogation at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Ms. Whitten later moved into Commercial Property Subrogation where she spent over a decade handling the Company’s most complex and catastrophic matters. Ms. Whitten earned countless awards during her tenure with Liberty Mutual. During this time, Ms. Whitten also became heavily involved with the National Association for Subrogation Professionals (NASP) where she held various roles - notably, Co-Chair for the 2017 National Conference. Ms. Whitten remains an active member of NASP.
Ms. Whitten also held significant roles with engineering firms where she helped spearhead a Subrogation Practice to address the unique needs of Subrogation professionals across the country. Significantly, Ms. Whitten created training modules and educational content that were implemented company-wide as well as initiating the creation of countless Subrogation-specific events that were delivered in-person to industry professionals across the Country. Ms. Whitten is dedicated to bridging the gap between all involved in handling subrogation from the onset of an insurance claim to recovery.
